I can’t believe you’ve been gone for a bit over 19 months. I miss you everyday.
I use one of your coffee cups often…the cream one with the dots has become my new favorite. I wear your jacket. I still have your driver’s license in my wallet. I have your globe on my bookshelf.
The Raiders really stink this year. Again. I still expect you to call during halftime. I’m going to try to watch some Jazz games, but I’ve already missed 3 or 4. I don’t think they are doing well so far.
I really love my new house. .
I can’t wait to go to Italy again. I had the best time there. (I also wore your jacket there and carried you with me in my wallet) I wish I could tell you all about it and impress you with my Italian.
Work is good. My business is going well.
I miss you liking every status I post on Facebook.
If you have any connections up there, I could use some matchmaking services. Preferably a nice guy with sparkling eyes, a mustache, and a great sense of humor. And someone that is in love with Italy too would be awesome. Maybe even Italian?? 🙂 I’m just saying, hook a daughter up.
Daniel wants to tell you that he is doing well. Clean and sober for 273 days now. Loves his job and he’s finally cooking in a real restaurant. He’s glad you and him had a chance to talk and remember all the fun you had together when he was little. But he wishes he would have spent more time with you at the hospital. I told him you’re watching over us and you’re proud of him.
JaNiyah is getting so, so big. I wish you could spend time with her, she is really funny. And such a sweet kid and loves to snuggle. She talks about you still and says she misses you.
Bethany graduated from beauty school and she’s trying to decide what type of salon she wants to work in. She took the summer off to spend with JaNiyah and they had a lot of fun together. It makes me so proud and happy to watch the two of them together.
Amanda is in Hollywood right now and just started working for the Sundance Film Festival. She’ll be in Utah during the festival and it will be great to see her. She’s a California girl now. She loves it out there.
I know you are proud of each of us. Your love and support made each of better people.
We all miss you and love you so much.
I hope that you are getting to golf in the sunshine everyday and that you and Grandma are enjoying each other’s company. Give her a big hug for me.
Love you always,
Thauna
